OBJECTIVE:
Joe and Doug Williams are a real estate father son partnership selling within the GTA. Initially, they approached me with a legacy logo, expressing their desire to incorporate "real estate team" into it. However, through investigation, it became evident that they perceived their current logo as outdated. As a result, they expressed interest in exploring modern avenues for potential logo redesigns.
RESULT:
Recognizing the Williams' preference for retaining the red and black color scheme while effectively conveying the essence of real estate, a refined and contemporary emblem was crafted. The revitalized emblem exudes a commanding presence, achieved through a juxtaposition of bold blocks forming a house icon. The addition of an airy and elegant sans-serif typeface not only imparts a sense of warmth and kinship but also amplifies the visual contrast. This amalgamation culminates in a solution that seamlessly merges modernity with an inviting and approachable demeanor.
